RULES & REGULATIONS

1.Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In: 2:00 PM | Check-Out: 11:00 AM

  • Mandatory: Full payment and ID proofs for all guests must be shared before check-in.

  • Late Check-out: After 11:30 AM, a charge of ₹1,000 per hour applies.

2.Security Deposit

  • A refundable deposit of ₹4,000 per unit is required at check-in. It will be refunded at check-out after property inspection and key return.

3.Kitchen & Housekeeping

  • Kitchen Usage: The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop and utensils strictly for light cooking (Tea/Coffee, Maggi) and food warming only.

  • Heavy Cooking Prohibited: Preparing full meals, rotis, or using heavy spices is strictly prohibited. Our provided cookware is not designed for heavy usage; doing so will damage the utensils.

  • No Outside Appliances: Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing or using their own cooking equipment (Stoves, Gas Cylinders, etc.).

  • Penalty & Damages: A fine of ₹2,000 applies for heavy cooking or using outside appliances. Guests are also liable for the full cost of any damage to provided cookware.

  • Housekeeping: Once daily before 1:00 PM. Requests after 1:00 PM cost ₹500. Utensil cleaning: ₹300 per load (standard) or ₹800 (large groups).

4.Staff Availability

  • Staff is available until 10:00 PM. Please collect any late-night deliveries (Blinkit/Zomato) from the gate personally after this time.

5.Safety & Resource Conservation

  • Energy Saving: Please switch off the AC, Geyser, and all lights whenever leaving the room.

  • Wildlife & Security: Keep balcony doors closed at all times to prevent insects, monkeys, or cats from entering.

  • Lost Keys: A replacement fee of ₹2,000 applies.

6.House Rules & Liability

  • Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside rooms. Please use the balcony area.

  • Quiet Hours: No loud music after 10:00 PM.

  • Property Care: Guests are liable for any damage caused by them or their visitors to property, furniture, or fixtures.

  • Liability: Nirvanika Wellness is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or theft during the stay.

  • Monsoon Caution: Floors can be slippery during rains. Management is not liable for issues caused by nature or insects.
